Service Terms and Conditions
Computer Systems Centre works on a first come, first served basis.
Data Loss Alert: Be advised that the manufacturer’s warranty does not cover the integrity of the software, nor will Computer Systems Centre assume responsibility for the loss of any software programs or data. Computer Systems Centre shall make every effort to maintain the integrity of data stored on equipment we service, however it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain a viable backup prior to service. Data transfer, recovery attempts, restoration of backups, or software-installation, if requested, will be charged at our current service rates.

All computer equipment left for service must be picked up within 90 days of completion notification. Any equipment left beyond this time period may be disposed of at Computer Systems Centre’s discretion.
Be advised that Computer Systems Centre does not assume responsibility for the delivery time of service parts. NOTE: If a part purchase is authorized and then cancelled, a 50% restocking fee will be charged.
Part replacement service work carries a 90 Day Parts and Labour warranty .
Software related service work carries a 2 Day Limited warranty (Ask for details).
All other products carry their respective manufacturer’s warranty.
It is the customer’s responsibility to understand what the manufacturer’s obligation is in fulfilling their warranty agreement. By confirming below, the customer understands all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and that they have authorized the initial ONE HOUR minimum charge, per unit, for ALL work performed that does not fall under the manufacturer’s warranty policy
(includes Liquid Spills, No Fault Found or Software Issues). __________________
Payment Methods: American Express (Up to $1,000), Cash, Certified Cheque, Debit Card, Mastercard, Visa
Payment for service will be due upon completion of work. Equipment will not be returned to the customer until payment is received in full.
Depot service carries a minimum one (1) hour labour charge for problem determination and / or repair estimates. All applicable federal, provincial, and / or local taxes will be added to all charges.
It is solely the responsibility of the customer to understand and make use of all warranties, expressed or implied including merchantability and fitness, any purpose or use, and any other warranty condition, statement, representation, agreement, promise or guarantee, statutory or otherwise.
Computer System Centre makes no repair time guarantees and shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of remedial service due to labour disputes, strikes, other labour or industrial disturbances, acts of God, floods, manufacturers shortages of materials, electrical failures, earthquakes, acts of public enemies, riots, embargoes, laws, blockages, restrictions, regulations, or order of government, or any of its agencies or any other cause which is beyond the reasonable control of such party.
Under no circumstances will Computer Systems Centre be responsible for any special indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use, lost profits, loss of data, lost business revenue or damages claimed against Computer Systems Centre by any other person.
